Every month, 20% of your rent will be credited in Smart Rent Credits. When you or a friend or family member you designate is ready to buy, you will be able to redeem your credits. You can use your credits for:

Up to 3% of the purchase price of a home in a Marquette conversion
or new construction community- can be used toward closing costs,
