Marquette Management Inc. (MMI) is the property management arm of the Marquette Companies. MMI currently operates in four states (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Missouri) and manages approximately 9,000 apartments in approximately twenty seven separate apartment communities. Approximately 1,500 units are owned by the Marquette Companies while approximately 7,000 units are managed for third party owners on a fee basis.
